Taking a risk

Every day on my beach is a blessing to be shared

I put my house on the market last week and today I listed it on Airbnb. 

Who knows what either strategy will bring.  I've done it though, and that's what matters to me. 

It's not the easiest thing to take on new technology and new concepts plus all the different social media applications available! Yes I'd heard of Airbnb but it's a whole next step to put your home out there! 

Why do it? 

Why not?

For me:  It's about taking a risk, diving in, giving it a go.  Practising what I preach. Making changes.  Opening to possibility.

My house might not sell quickly.  I know this from past experience.

Next year is a year of change though.  I feel it.  I've said this often.

I love this house and it's holiday vibe.  Maybe that's its next metamorphism - into a holiday rental!  Worth a shot.

Follow your intuition I tell myself - take the first step and see what happens ... Sounds like good advice to me ... Ok I will.

Well anything is possible I hear :)
